The Unicorn

When a dream is lost
And out of view,
Just think of the unbelievable
That may not believe in you.

They are as real
As you believe yourself,
But sometimes when not seen,
They're put away upon a shelf.

So take your dreams
And let them come into view,
For only the seen
Is believed to be true.

Very nice! I like how you called it "the Unicorn," but then you don't use the name in the poem. We all know what you are talking about without saying it. And that is so true about dreams.

Terry,

I actually had one of my own that goes with this poem, but it's packed away at the moment.
